Getting the kids to love the green stuff with a splash of beneficial manipulation.

I love smoothies! Why...because they are sweet, fresh and nutritional but when it comes to the offsprings we can trick them with learning how to love the green stuff even more than before! What they don't know is the things that are inside...those dominating factors are the things that matter the most. Nutrients: vitamins and minerals!

Those little guys would've never suspected you've just fed them a whole avocado that wad filled with rich nutrients like folate, magnesium, potassium, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5 vitamin B6, and vitamin C inside of their smoothie. All they care about is that it taste like ice cream!

But, we aren't talking about the benefits of avocados (which plays an important part) instead we are talking about being sneaky with kids and using smoothies to upload valuable vitamins and minerals. This also pertains to some adults who are not big fans of the big greens. That's okay, because I will hook you up with the easiest smoothie recipe that will give you tons of green power foods without even noticing it. 🤨

If you are having digestive issues, this can also aid in removing toxins and waste from the body. I have found that some people freak out when they hear the word, "detox" but I love it! I feel amazing when I take the trash away and you should, too!

In this smoothie, not only will it help you with nutrients but also help with moments of constipation with the children when you can't get them to eat their veggies when you are not around. There are more ways to skin the cat when it comes to them being the best version of themselves.

1/4 Pineapple

1/2 water of water or non dairy liquid

Hand full of Ice (optional)
