Try this herbal tea that builds are immune system. Natural and Holistic.
15-25 ounces of water
1/2 Teaspoon of fresh/dry oregano
2 teaspoons of fresh/dry hibiscus
Bring 25 ounces of water to a low boil (Do not over boil so you can maintain water levels)
Once it comes to a boil, lower the fire to a complete minimum
While on lowest fire, put oregano and hibiscus into the water and cover.
Steep for 30-40mins
Turn fire off and add one half of lemon to each cup of tea.
If you decide to use sweetener, try a non refined one and enjoy!
This can go a long way.
Hibiscus is a natural antioxidant that can slow down the damage to cells in the body.
Oregano can lower viruses within the body.
Lemon balances the PH (Potential Hydrogen) Levels and it brings to body to a neutral state.
