Here is that simple and quick recipe that I've promised using those great alternatives!!!
2 even cups of whole wheat or grain flour
2 even teaspoons of Baking Powder
1 even teaspoon of Baking Soda
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 teaspoon of almond (optional)
2 large eggs or 2 tablespoons of Egg Replacer
2-3 Cup of Water or Almond/Cococut Milk
Dash of Sea Salt
Grapeseed or Olive Oil
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Butter (optional)
Fruits are optional
