Session Info:

During the session you will be asked to lie down on a massage table, close your eyes, and simply relax and pay attention to your inner experience.

When you’re ready to let go and not attempt to "direct" or enhance the experience in any way, you’re ready to experience what makes Reconnective Healing different, what makes The Reconnection real.

You’re ready to receive. 

Unlike Energy healing techniques, the Reconnective frequency is stronger with distance so Pamela's hands will be from several inches to several feet away from your body during the course of the session.

You will be effortlessly assisted into a state of deep relaxation, yet remain conscious, and aware the entire time.

Time:  Sessions typically last 45 minutes to one hour, and a portion of this time is allotted to discuss your experience after the session and to ask any questions that you may have.

This is NOT a type of therapy that requires ongoing weekly sessions for long periods of time in order to be effective.

Everyone’s experience with Reconnective Healing is unique.  Often healings are reported instantly in just one session, and sometimes it takes a bit longer for a healing to unfold.

If you’re lucky, your healing will come in the form you anticipated; if you’re really lucky, your healing will come in a form you haven’t even thought of, one that the Universe has in mind specifically for you.

3 Sessions are Highly Recommended and is often all that you will need to reap the full benefits of Reconnective Healing.

If lying down is painful or impossible for you do not worry, sessions will be just as effective sitting, or in any comfortable position.

Please avoid perfume and the use of other scented products before your sessions. Sessions should be as fragrance-free as possible.

Any jewelry is fine, as long as it is comfortable to wear during sessions.

The Reconnection Session Info:

The Personal Reconnection is needed only once in your lifetime. It is a two-part process done on two separate days for the purpose of Personal and Spiritual Evolution and Advancement.

There can be 1, 2, or 3 days maximum in between Day 1 and Day 2. Each session lasts approximately 1 hour in length with some time allotted at the end of the session to discuss your experience.

1-3 Reconnective Healing sessions are recommended PRIOR to receiving your Personal Reconnection.
